For so long I have learned about you, never knowing how to approach you.

From AP US history, french class, art history and more, I have learned about your greatness.

I have seen how tall you stand, but only in pictures.

Hours of lectures have been spent drilling into my brain the uniqueness that you are.

I have never known one to stand as tall as you.

You are strong and hold many years of great knowledge.

You are as great as my own name, as unique as each individual that sees your gaze.

Many seek your presence, but only a few will find a day to be standing in front of you, underneath your strong brigade.

My day is coming, I will meet you soon, and see the fruit that is truly you.

You are a sight only to be understood in flesh.

Our bodies will become one, and you will protect.

You will take me to a place I have never known, and I am excited to meet you, the arches unknown.
